This valve is the reliable equipment to cut off gas medium in accord with GB6222 Industry Coal gas Safety Regulation. It is widely used in the pipe system in building material, glass, mining, power, light industry and papermaking departments. It is especially suitable for poison inflammable gas to be cut off or be the terminal blind plate of pipe in order to shorten maintenance time or connect new pipe system.

Usage explanation of blind plate cut-off valve

工作原理 ：

Working principle

手动盲板切断阀，用专用扳手旋转连接轴螺旋副驱动左右阀体完成夹紧和松开动作，利用阀板上盲孔板和通孔板的位置变换达到启闭目的，阀板上设有限位挡块以保证阀板的启闭位置。蜗轮传动盲板切断阀，阀门中设有启闭和翻转两个蜗轮传动装置，启闭蜗轮箱通过齿圈、齿轮和丝杆螺旋副驱动左、右阀体完成松开、夹紧动作，翻转蜗轮箱驱动阀板完成开启动作，阀板上设有限位挡块以保证阀板的启闭位置。电动、电液动盲板切断阀，阀门中设有启闭和翻转两个推杆（电动、电液推杆）传动装置。启闭推杆通过齿圈、齿轮和丝杆螺旋副驱动左、右阀体完成松开、夹紧动作。翻转推杆驱动阀板完成开启动作。阀门的启闭位置由行程开关控制，且阀板上设有限位挡块以保证阀板的启闭位置。

Rotate the connection shaft screw pairs of the manual blind plate cut-off valve by wrench to drive the right and left body to clamp and release. Open or close the valve by changing the place of blind hole plate and straight hole plate. The limit block on the valve disc can ensure the open and close position of the valve disc.There are two worn gear drive device of open-close and turn over on the worm gear blind cut-off valve gate. The gear rim, gear wheel and screw pole screw pairs of open-close worm gear box drive the right and left valve body to clamp and release. The turn-over worm gear box drives the valve disc to open. There is limit block on the valve disc to ensure the open-close position of the valve disc.There are two draw stem drive device of open-close and turn over on the electric and electric hydraulic blind plate cut-off valve gate. The gear rim, gear wheel and screw pole screw pairs of open-close draw stem drive the right and left valve body to clamp and release. The turn-over draw stem drives the valve disc to open. There is limit block on the valve disc to ensure the open-close position , which is controlled by the stroke switch.

安装及调试：

Installation and regulation

•  安装前必须清洁盲板阀内腔 ， 不允许有任何杂物和污垢附着 （ 特别注意密封面、橡胶密封圈的清洁 ） 。

•  检查阀门各部位是否有松动现象，对阀门进行手动开启、关闭一个周期是否有异常现象，同时检查阀门的启闭位置是否准确。

•  安装如示意图，加密封垫后均匀锁紧联接螺栓。

•  根据电动、电液推杆控制原理调试盲板阀换向状态。

•  The body must be cleaned before installed and there is no dirt and sundries clinging to the body, especially pay attention to the sealing surface and the rubber sealing ring.

•  Check the valve parts before installation. Open and close the valve by hand for a period check the open-close position of the valve gate.

•  Installation of flange connecting valve is on diagram. Lock down the connecting bolt after add sealing washer.

•  Debug the reversing of the valve according to the control principle of electric and electric hydraulic draw stem.

运输及保管：

Transportation and protection

•  运输时应避免撞击盲板阀及传动装置 ， 阀门应处于全闭位置 ， 以防在运输中密封板和传动部件损坏。

•  传动装置及传动部位应作防潮、防雨处理。

•  盲板阀应存放在干燥的室内，不允许露天存放或堆置。

•  盲板阀长期存放时应使设备处于关闭状态，传动部位加润滑油。传动装置作防潮、防尘处理。

•  Avoid bumping of the valve and transmission device. The valve is in full close in order to avoid damage of disc and driving part.

•  Treatment of dampproof and rainproof should be done to transmission device and part.

•  The valve should be stored in dry room and should not be piled up in open air.

•  It should be in full close state when long stored. Add lubrication to the transmission part and the device should be dampproof and dustproof.

维护及检修：

Maintenance and examination

•  定期检查传动部位的运行情况。

•  定期检查电动推杆及电气部分的运行情况 ， 电液部分的运行情况及管接头处是否有泄漏现象。

•  按橡胶密封圈使用性能，根据具体情况定期对阀体的密封圈进行更换，以保证阀门的密封性能。

•  定期给传动部位加润滑油。

•  Check the operation condition of transmission part regularly.

•  Check the operating condition of electric draw stem and electricity parts. Check the electric hydraulic parts and pipe joints.

•  Exchange the sealing ring of the valve body according to the working condition of rubber sealing ring in order to ensure the sealing performance.

•  Add the lubricating oil to the transmission parts regularly.

订货须知：

Information for order

•  选用订货时，请参照产品样本注明产品规格、型号、客户选用执行器代号及技术参数（使用温度、设备工况、介质性质等）。

•  选用订货时，若未注明客户选用传动装置代号的按我公司基本型配置，其基本型为普通型装置，不带任何有关特殊要求及相关配件。基本 的传动装置、电气装置为非防爆型，如有其他特殊要求（户外、微控、防爆等）请在合同中注明。

•  盲板阀不得承受管道热胀冷缩或其他原因发生的外力对其产生推拉、扭曲作用。阀体伸缩器只作用于方便阀门本身的启闭，不能代替管道中应设有的伸缩器。管道中因各种因素产生的外力也不得作用于该伸缩器。

•  本系列盲板阀是敞开式阀门。启闭过程中（约 30 秒）介质有外泄，操作时必须采用安全保障措施。并建议在本阀前后配装蝶阀，减少阀门在启闭过程中的泄漏量。

•  表中未列的规格、用于特殊介质或其它特殊要求，请与我公司经销部、技术部联系，可为您另行设计、制造。

•  Please indicate the type, model and technical parameter (using temperature, working condition of equipment, characteristic of medium and product material etc) referring to the product sample when you place an order.

•  If you don't indicate actuator code selected by user when you place an order, we will select the basic collocation of our company for you. The basic type is a normal type without any special request and corresponding accessory. The basic transmission device and electricity device is not anti-explore. If you have especial demand (anti-explosion, outdoors and micro control etc), please indicate in the contract.

•  The valve can not bear the push, pull and torsion action generated by the heat-expansion and cold-contraction of pipe or other reason. The valve body expansion pipe is only used to open or close the valve, but can not replace the expansion pipe in the pipe. The outer force in the pipe can not apply to the expansion pipe.

•  The valve is open type. There is medium leakage on the process of open-close, which will continue 30 second. So safety measure must be adopted when you operate. You would better install butterfly valve on the both sides of the valve in order to reduce the leakage.
