STELL PIPE EXTENSION IMPLEMENT

钢制管道伸缩器可在一定范围内伸缩调节阀门与管道的连接,并能自由调节因环境温度的变化而引起的物理性伸缩。补偿地基下沉,方便管道的对接,是建材、冶金、矿山、石化、电力等行业的管道系统中不可缺少的自动补偿设备。

The valve can extend and adjust the connection between valve and pipe in some range. It can also adjust physical extension freely which is caused by the change of circumstance temperature. It can compensate the groundwork sinkage and convenient the pipe connection. It is the indispensable automatically compensating device in pipe system of building material, metallurgy, mining, oil, power industries etc.

钢制管道伸缩器采用优质钢板焊接结构,耐温、耐磨、使用寿命长,承受较大的温度变化,特别是外部密封可视工况调节密封比压及更换密封圈。能在 360 °范围内自由转动一定角度,而密封能自动补偿,从而有效地杜绝了外漏。有效的限位机构可避免伸缩器超过最大伸缩量使管道更安全。

The valve is welded in fine steel, having the features of high-temperature resistance , endurance, long life, enduring big temperature change. Especially we can adjust seal ratio and exchange seal ring referring to the working condition. The seal can be compensated automatically after turning certain angle below 360 ℃ and prevent the leak effectively. The effective limit-place device can make the pipe safer by avoiding the extension beyond the maximum.

工作原理:

Working principle:

钢制管道伸缩器采用复合套管式结构,伸缩管与伸缩之间采用联接螺栓连接,在一定伸缩范围内,伸缩管对管道系统因热胀冷缩而产生的位移来消化或补充,保证管道系统正常运行。

The steel pipe extension-implement adopts compound sleeve structure. The pipe and the support are connected by the attachment bolt and are limited in some range. The extension pipes absorb or supply the displacement aroused by the expanding or shrinking to ensure the operation of pipe system.

安装与调试:

Installation and regulation:

•  安装前必须清洁伸缩器内腔,不允许有任何杂物和污垢附着。

•  安装时使伸缩管伸出伸缩量的 1/2 ,以保证热胀和冷缩的位移。

•  定期检查运行情况,对长期使用后的伸缩器应及时更换密封圈。

•  Clean the body and there is no dirt and sundries before install the valve.

•  Extend the pipe out from the support of 1/2 expansion amount to ensure the moving of expanding and shrinking.

•  Check the working condition regularly. Replace the sealing ring after the valve is used for a long time.
