This valve is widely used in the pipe system transporting coal gas, natural gas, venting and environment protection in building material, glass, mining, power, light industry and papermaking departments. The technique is introduced from foreign Company. It can change the flow and cut off gas medium in the pipe by the different control signal.

The valve has the features of compact structure, endurance, little in the lost of flow resistance, good seal, reliable self-locking, flexible operation, definite direction, easy to maintenance and long life. The seal of driving shaft is out seal, which is easy to be adjusted and changed without stopping, so the out leakage is avoided effectively. All kinds of seal type can suit different medium. It is especially suitable in the condition of adjusting, cutting off and self-protecting quickly. The valve is used with worm gear driving and electric device to form a complete set to realize open-close operation. It is the ideal equipment of adjusting flow.

工作原理

Working principle

用手转动手轮带动蜗轮副、传动轴运动,将动力传给两个悬臂、连杆,使蝶板在体腔内迅速作水平旋转,从而完成开启关闭的目的。当蝶板运行到与管道轴线成水平时,阀门即处于全开状态。当蝶板运行到与管道轴线相垂直时,阀门即切断介质处于密封状态。蝶板的开关位置都由蜗轮传动装置上的调节螺杆限位,指示牌指示阀的开关位置。

启动控制按钮,一级传动(电动装置)开始动作,带动蜗轮副、传动轴运动,将动力传给两个悬臂、连杆,使蝶板在体腔内迅速作水平旋转,从而完成开启关闭的目的。当蝶板运行到与管道轴线成水平时,阀门即处于全开状态。当蝶板运行到与管道轴线相垂直时,阀门即切断介质处于密封状态。蝶板的开关位置都由蜗轮传动装置上的调节螺杆限位,一级传动上的行程机构同时切断电机电源,如果超过密封所需的力矩,一级传动上的力矩控制装置立即脱落,同时切断电源。

Rotate the hand wheel by hand to drive worm gear and transmission shaft. The power will be transported to the two overhanging and connecting rod to rotate the butterfly disc quickly in horizontal in order to open or close the valve. The valve gate will be in full open state when butterfly disc move to the horizontal place with pipe axis. The valve gate will cut off medium and be in the sealed state when the butterfly disc moves to the vertical place with pipe axis. The switch position of butterfly disc is limited by the adjusting screw pole on the worm gear transmission device. The indicating device displays the position of the valve switch.

Start up the control switch, the first step transmission device will drive worm gear and transmission shaft. The power will be transported to the two overhanging and connecting rod to rotate the butterfly disc quickly in horizontal in order to open or close the valve. The valve gate will be in full open state when butterfly disc move to the horizontal place with pipe axis. The valve gate will cut off medium and be in the sealed state when the butterfly disc moves to the vertical place with pipe axis. The switch position of butterfly disc is limited by the adjusting screw pole on the worm gear transmission device. The stroke mechanism of first step transmission device will cut down the power. The torque control device of first step transmission device will drop and cut down the power at the same time when the torque is more than requirement of sealing.

安装及调试:

Installation and regulation

•  安装的阀门阀轴应处于水平位置,传动装置不允许作起吊用,并严禁损伤。

•  安装前必须清洁阀门内腔及密封面,不允许有任何杂物和污垢附着。

•  安装前先试运行阀门,启闭一个周期,按客户工作系统要求对阀门限位装置作适当的调整(出厂时已作标准调整),运行无误后将阀门处于全闭状态再进行安装。

•  安装时请注意阀体上标注(箭头)的介质流向,安装如示意图,加密封垫后均匀锁紧联接螺栓。

•  调整完成后必须进行综合性能检查:接通电源开启阀门,当阀门至“全开”“全闭”位置时,行程控制机构应准确地切断电源,而转矩限位机构处于临界动作状态。开度指示机构应准确地显示阀门的开启状态。

•  若传动装置配备手动,手动与电动机构转换时,应切断电源。

•  本阀属单向阀,在口径≤ 1000mm 时,压力≥ 1bar 时,开阀时应先打开旁通阀泄压后再手、电动开阀。

•  The valve axle must be on the horizontal position when installed. The transmission device cannot be hoisted and avoid damage when installed.

•  The body must be cleaned before installed and there is no dirt and sundries clinging to the body.

•  Trial operation of valve should be done before install. Open and close the valve by hand for a period. Adjust the limit device of the valve gate according to the working system condition of user. Install the valve in full close state when there is no mistake.

•  Pay attention to the flow direction of medium showed on the body. Installation of flange connecting valve is on diagram. Lock down the connecting bolt after add sealing washer.

•  Synthetic performance of the valve must be done after adjust is over: turn on the power and open the valve, the stroke control device should cut down the power exactly when the valve is in the state of full open or full close. While the torque limit device is in critical state. The open angle indicating device should display the open state of the valve gate exactly.

•  Cut down the power when the manual and electric device is switched.

•  The valve is single-direction valve. Open the side valve to discharge pressure and then open the valve in manual or electric when the diameter is below 1000mm and pressure is more than 1bar.

运输及保管:

Transportation and protection

•  运输时避免撞击阀门及传动装置 , 阀门应处于全闭位置 , 以防在运输中蝶板和传动部件损坏。

•  当阀门水平放置运输时传动装置及传动部位应悬空,以防止传动轴受力过大变形损坏。

•  阀门应存放在干燥的室内,不允许露天存放或堆置。

•  阀门长期存放时应使设备处于关闭状态,各传动部位加润滑油。传动装置作防潮、防尘处理。

•  Avoid bumping of the valve and transmission device. The valve is in full close in order to avoid damage of disc and driving part.

•  Transmission device and part should be hung up when the valve is in horizontal in order to prevent damage of axle.

•  The valve should be stored in dry room and should not be piled up in open air.

•  It should be in full close state when long stored. Add lubrication to the transmission part and the device should be dampproof and dustproof.

维护及检修:

Maintenance and examination

•  定期检查传动装置的运行情况 : 电机部分、控制开关是否异常。

•  定期给阀的传动部位加润滑油。定期检查阀的密封填料处,补充、更换填料以防介质外泄。

•  对阀门周期性维护时应全面检查阀的各密封部位、传动部位,对各密封部位应进行检测,对检测数据应记录在案。

•  Check the working condition of motor parts, control switch.

•  Add lubricant to the transmission parts regularly. Check the sealing filler of the valve regularly. Complement or change filler avoiding leakage of medium.

•  Check the sealing parts and transmission parts thoroughly. Detect the sealing parts and the detecting data should be registered.
